Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing accounting firm known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Advisory Accountant to join the team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in managing taxation compliance for end of year accounts, GSTs and everyday accounting for clients.  Ideally you will possess strong technical skills in accounting. 

As a Business Advisory Accountant, you will be responsible for handling clients end of year compliance accounting with accuracy.  This role involves no direct client contact at this stage allowing you to concentrate solely on the technical aspects of BAS preparation and growing the depth of your taxation knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Preparation of end of year compliance accounts for clients including sole traders, partnerships, companies, and trusts

·         Preparation of workpapers associated on all accounting files

·         Reconciliations

·         Preparation of tax returns

·         Preparation of IRD compliance returns

·         Supporting Senior Accountants with advisory work
