Fixed term position starting ASAP to 20 February 2025

Our client is a friendly and professional clinical practice based in Newmarket.  With a growing client base, this is a fast-paced position with a nice mix of client contact and back-office support.

Your position start as soon as possible and run through to 20 February 2025.  There is a close down period over Christmas from 20 December 2024 to 13 January 2025.  Enjoy having a new position secured before Christmas with a possibility to extend past February 2025.

 

Your position will include:

·       Working closely with clients both over the phone and in person

·       Making appointment bookings and rescheduling follow-up appointments as required

·       Assistance with hospital forms data collection

·       Assisting with booking operation dates and associated information

·       Invoicing and receipting

·       Reconciling payments to invoices

·       Working with insurance companies for claims and invoicing

·       General office support

·       You can see the bigger picture and work with multiple clients throughout the various stages of care

·       Good computer skills with accuracy

·       Some Xero experience with invoicing
