Do you pride yourself on being the heart of the office function? We are looking for a full time Accounts Administrator to work in this South Auckland business.
Our client is a well established South Auckland business employing around 35 staff. With a small office team you will be someone who just loves to take ownership of the support function and the variety that brings.
The day to day responsibilities vary and will include:
Day to day bank transactions in Xero
Reviewing and processing approved creditors for payment – high volume
Invoicing
Payroll – fortnightly and monthly
Supporting HR & Health and Safety Function
Supporting the external chartered accountant with management reporting & end of year reporting
General office duties – front of house; ordering supplies; in-house sample testing and associated administration
To be successful in this business you will need:
Great sense of humour
Ability to have a relaxed and calm demeanour
Excellent attention to detail with care and accuracy
Proactive approach – how can I help you best
The ability to support the wider team & take ownership for the support function
Hands on experience with Xero and payroll
Excellent communication
A clean drivers licence as you maybe required to head up the road to run errands.
