We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Wellbeing Specialist to join our customer service team in Highbrook. This role is all about providing empathetic support to our customers via phone, email, and text while ensuring accurate data recording. If you have a calm and professional approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping people in a range of situations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text bookings with care and professionalism

  • Provide empathetic support to individuals in various situations

  • Accurately record and manage customer data in our system

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient booking process

  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a contact centre, customer service, or support role – it is a huge benefit if you have had experience on one of the help lines previously

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
